"CWA is an organization whose aim is to transform the silence that surrounds HIV infected children and AIDS orphans into an audible sound. We must amplify this sound until the needs are met for every child affected by the AIDS epidemic in this nation and the world."

Vision:

"The need to recruit families and individuals to provide loving, caring, permanent and foster homes for HIV infected, affected and orphaned children has declined, in the U.S., due to advances in research, medications and public AIDS education.

There is, however, on any given day, over 150,000 children that are in foster care and are seeking a permanent home. These children are from all ethnic backgrounds, healthy or special needs and a variety of ages. We encourage you to consider one of these children to join your family.

The AIDS orphans of Africa are also a great concern of ours and we are currently researching available adoption programs in various African nations and to that extent we have supported a program in South Africa and one in Tanzania ..... and are currently developing our own program in Swaziland."
